Charming village house in Beniardá, with a main building dating back to 1900, completely restored in 2005 with exquisite taste, respecting the essence of the house: The traditional thick white walls that preserve the heat and the cold, the wooden and double-glazed windows, the terracotta floors, combined with the hydraulic tiles, the wooden beams, the high ceilings, the fireplace, the stone walls that frame the patio, are combined with the renovated bathrooms and kitchen and the heating. The house retains its traditional style, but is completely adapted to live in today. The house is located in the main square of the town, and is distributed on a ground floor where there is a large hall, a living room with an open kitchen, a patio and a staircase that leads to a bedroom with a dressing room on the mezzanine.
