We think we are uniquely positioned in the market and are not aware of any other company with a similar structure and ethos.
We are a group of independent agents who pay to work together in collaboration under the umbrella of Mansions.
Our idea is to match clients with native speaking agents, to understand your language and culture in a smooth process, providing you high level professional services in a timely way.
We use AI, Software tools, MLS Systems, Web technology, Blogs, Latest Market Information and Trends in order to service the clients the best.
We are not tied to any franchise, builder, agent, owner, lawyer, architect, bank, we are impartial and professional to the market place.
Each member partner is equal, we collaborate and share resources, contacts, contracts to give our clients the easiest, authentic real estate experience.
As no one is the boss, each agent works their business and clients to the highest level, as ultimately they are rewarded the greatest amounts for successful operations.
Many organisations are top down, where the people at the top win, and the people doing the day to day get the least. In our organisation it is entirely different. Each agent is an equal and informative partner. There is not a heirachy. There is a meritocracy. Every one wins to their abilities and the understanding of their client needs.
We cover the languages of English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch in the mother tongue, we have over 2600 new build developments directly from the builders, and 3600 resales. We work with over 1000 different estate agents from across Spain in an ethical and honest manner.

Internationally minded, having lived and worked in France, USA, Switzerland and Holland. Since 2003 working in real estate in Spain in every aspect. Focused on the Marina Alta area. Has a marketing degree from Plymouth University, a Diploma from the Economics School of Amsterdam, has the RAICV number 01840 from Valencia Government and the API qualification 00760 for real estate.

A successful business woman from Holland, based in Javea. Originally from Rotterdam running a 100 person enterprise. She actively manages and works selling predominately to the Dutch market, being is a consistent top seller in the local Javea market area.

Kerry and Fernando Robles
Both originally from the UK. Working in the Real Estate business in Spain since 2001. Based in Pilar de la Horadada which borders the province of Murcia. We work the Orihuela Costa area, and the Costa Calida Murcia area, from San Pedro del Pinatar down to Cartagena and La Manga. We also market developments slightly inland near Roldan.
Jacob Kaars
